    « Great Job »
Product is great and so is the service. I would recommend this service to friends and family.

    « Wonderful »
It came within the predicted time, within the last few days of the delivery window. I was able to easily install the product without much trouble and I have seen some improvement in the performance of my computer.

It totally could have been packaged better and have come with a bit more instruction that it did. It arrived in a cardboard box with one layer of bubble wrap around the body of the plastic packaging, decent at best. Perhaps it should have warned the use about the dangers of static electricity on the product but luckily for me I was well grounded and it was raining the few hours before my installation. But the review is about the product so that's why it didn't get a 3 star or less rating. I haven't had the product for a duration long enough to be fully satisfied so until then it shall remain at 4 stars.

Quality product for a wonderful price with decent packaging and delivery. If it happens to die on me within the next year, then I sure will have something to say about it. :]

    « Works like it's supposed to. »
Used in 2xG5 tower, 6 years old. Started having memory test problems at startup. Had 4 gig of memory, 2 gig factory, 2 gig added. Swapped out positions in memory, machine ran OK on 2 gigs. Dumped all of them for 8 gigs of new memory, runs great. Certain processes run a little bit faster (photo scans, etc), and overall it's an improvement. There is no substitute for more RAM. Especially in a Mac. If you use music programs, or have lots of Video, this is the answer.

    « Easy Fix »
If your computer is slow moving from window to window or slow opening programs. This is a quick and easy fix. Even easy for a NON-computer geek. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat!

« Crucial Memory -- Delivered as promised »
Not a whole lot to say. Crucial Memory is an industry standard. You can go to their website and their is a pretty nifty tool you can download to read/analyse your memory. It will ID the maximum amount of memory your system can support. You then order the memory.

Installation was a snap. You can find numerous videos on-line showing you how to install memory. Upgrading your memory is the cheapest upgrade you can make to your PC.

    Thanks,
    Arun
