Kingston's KVR333/1GR is a 128M x 64-bit (1GB) DDR333 CL2.5 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) memory module. The components on this module include sixteen 64M x 8-bit (16M x 8-bit x 4 Bank) DDR333 SDRAM in TSOP packages. This 184-pin DIMM uses gold contact fingers and requires +2.5V.

« For those of us who CAN'T AFFORD every OS upgrade »

Nothing adds as much revitalized life to an older system as more RAM. Especially if your system uses system memory to power the video. Granted, adding a video card might have made more of an improvement, but my system is approaching five years old, so card configurations have changed. Still, doubling my RAM has made vast improvements in stability and speed for my aging system. And as for Kingston? They are the only product I would choose.

« Good and reliable memory »

The memory module was very easy to install. just plug it into the motherboard and done. loaded up windows, and the memory registered just fine. performance wise, i can see that it takes less time to load up some programs, but overall i didn't think the speed improved all that much. guess i should have gotten two of these instead. oh well, kingston is a reliable company and this memory seems to be very problem free. most people should like this memory.
