« Love My Kindle!!! »

I got a Kindle for Christmas and it is the best gift I could have ever gotten. In 3 months I have read over 40 books. Before the kindle I would read maybe 5 books a year. I was tired of buying books and not knowing what to do with them. Having the Kindle is so convienent. As soon as I am done with one book I am on Amazon through my Kindle looking for the next book to read and within 1 minute it is available for me to read, I LOVE that. No more waiting a week or more to get a book. I also live in a small town where there is no bookstore, so access to books is best through the mail, but now I am set with my Kindle.

I also love that I can get books for free, most of the free ones that I have gotten I loved, I haven't read a bad book yet and I am pretty picky. But aside from being free there are also books for $1.00 on up, cheaper than a bookstore that is for sure.

I would recommend a Kindle to everyone.

« Great product »

I find myself reading more, and enjoying the experiance more. The kindle is light and easy to carry. I even downloaded a new book I had just started so I could use my kindle to read it. I really dont care if it is in black and white, it is better then holding a book, and I have been reading a loooong time. I just wish I could share a book with my wife, Then downloading a reference book would be more attective.

« The perfect travel companion »

After much consideration, I bought my kindle. I frequent the library regularly, so I was very hesitant about having to purchase books that I can borrow for free. However, the convenience of carrying only a kindle with any number of books available on it sold me. I do only use it for traveling and I love not having to carry multiple books or having to decide in advance what type of books to bring. They are all on my kindle. Being able to purchase new books anywhere and anytime is such a great convenience and FAST. The selection of books is vast and many books, especially older releases, are much cheaper than the $9.99 price of many bestsellers or newer books. I have found new authors to read by browsing the free kindle downloads and I can find books by my favorite authors that I can't find at the library. I am very pleased that I splurged and bought myself a kindle. I do highly recommend purchasing some type of cover since chances are the kindle will be thrown in a bag when not in use.
